What are Tridi products made of?
Our pieces are 3D-printed in durable, plant-based PLA and PETG, then hand-finished. Metal prints are dye-sublimated onto coated aluminium.
How long until my order ships?
Each piece is made to order, so allow 3–5 business days for crafting, then 2–6 days for delivery.
Can I customise colours?
Yes — most products offer multiple colourways, and you can add a note to the maker at checkout. Metal prints and Studio art are fully custom.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, COD is available at checkout alongside UPI, cards, and netbanking.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email/SMS once it ships, and you can check status in your account.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 24 hours for shipping damage (unboxing video required) and 7 days for manufacturing defects. See our Returns page for the full policy.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes — we love custom bulk projects. Wedding favours, corporate gifting, event goodies, custom colourways, engraved logos, or something entirely bespoke. Tell us what you need at /bulk or email hello@tridi.in with quantity, timeline, and any references.
How do I raise a complaint or grievance?
Write to our Grievance Officer at hello@tridi.in with your order number and the issue. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days — per the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020. For general support, hello@tridi.in is the fastest route.
