7-day returns
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Made-to-order items
Personalised and custom items (engravings, custom metal prints, Studio art) can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@tridi.in (or WhatsApp) with your order number and a photo. We'll guide you through it.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
