OVERVIEW
At TRIDI, we specialize in 3D printed products, customized items, and digital assets, many of which are made-to-order. Due to the nature of these products, our policies are designed to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties.
1. ORDER CHANGES & MODIFICATIONS
- Any request for order changes, modifications, or replacements must be made within 24 hours of placing the order
- Once production has begun (especially for 3D printed or customized products), no changes will be accepted
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
General Cancellation Rules
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
- Post 24 hours, cancellation is subject to approval and may not be possible if production/shipping has begun
Cancellation Charges
- A 5% processing fee + applicable GST will be deducted from all approved cancellations
- If cancellation is requested after dispatch, shipping charges will also be deducted
3. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS (NRD)
- Certain orders (including custom builds, pre-orders, or limited-edition 3D items) may require a Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD)
- In case of cancellation, the NRD amount will be forfeited
Special Cases (High-Value / Custom Orders)
- For premium/custom projects, TRIDI may charge 25–35% advance deposit
- This deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances
4. REFUND POLICY
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- Incorrect product delivered
- Product received in a damaged condition
- Major manufacturing defect (subject to verification)
Important Conditions
- Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Unboxing video is mandatory for any claim
- Product must be returned in original condition and packaging
Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 7–9 working days from the date of approval
5. REPLACEMENT POLICY
Eligibility
Replacements are considered only if:
- Product is damaged in transit
- Wrong item delivered
Important Rules
- Manufacturing defect replacements are not guaranteed and are subject to evaluation
- Product must be returned in original packaging and condition
- Any tampered, used, or damaged product will not be eligible
Process
- Share unboxing video within 48 hours
- Product evaluation by TRIDI team
- Replacement processed after approval
6. NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Customized / personalized products
- 3D printed made-to-order items
- Digital products / STL files / downloads
- Sale / discounted items
- Products with opened seal or packaging
7. IMPORTANT CUSTOMER GUIDELINES
Unboxing Documentation
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all claims
- Claims without video proof will not be entertained
Opened Packages
- No return/refund/replacement will be accepted if:
- Product seal is broken
- Packaging is opened or tampered
Pre-Dispatch Proof
- TRIDI may share product images/videos before shipping
- Customers can request visuals via Customer Support (WhatsApp) before dispatch
8. SHIPPING & RETURN CONDITIONS
- Return shipping (if applicable) must be done securely
- TRIDI is not responsible for damage during return shipping if not properly packed
9. RIGHTS RESERVED
TRIDI reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject any refund/replacement request
- Modify this policy at any time
- Refuse claims that do not meet policy requirements
