At TRIDI, we specialize in 3D printed products, customized items, and digital assets. Since many of our products are made-to-order, shipping timelines may vary based on product type and customization requirements.


1. DELIVERY COVERAGE

  • We currently ship across India
  • International shipping may be available upon request

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Processing time depends on the nature of the product:

Standard Products

  • Processing time: 2–4 working days

3D Printed / Customized Products

  • Processing time: 5–10 working days (depending on complexity or volume)

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 4–7 working days

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹2000.
  • Standard shipping charges apply below this amount

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Additional charges may apply for:
    • Express delivery
    • Remote locations
    • Heavy / volumetric 3D items

5. ORDER TRACKING

  • Tracking details will be shared via:
    • Email
    • WhatsApp
  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments once dispatched

6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times
  • If the customer is unavailable:
    • Order may be returned to origin
    • Re-shipping charges will be applicable

7. FAILED DELIVERY / INCORRECT ADDRESS

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details
  • TRIDI is not responsible for:
    • Delays due to incorrect address
    • Failed delivery due to unavailability

8. DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • High order volume
  • Custom production timelines
  • Logistics issues
  • Weather or unforeseen events

TRIDI will not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier services


9. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately
  • Customers will be notified in such cases

10. DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

  • If the product is received damaged:
    • Report within 48 hours of delivery
    • Share unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Claims without video proof will not be accepted

11. RETURN SHIPPING

  • In case of approved returns:
    • Customer may be required to ship the product back
    • Product must be packed securely
  • TRIDI is not responsible for damage during return transit

12. RIGHTS RESERVED

TRIDI reserves the right to:

  • Modify shipping timelines
  • Change logistics partners
  • Update shipping charges at any time
